At Milltown-Washburn Water we always strive to give our customers the highest level of customer service.
New customers must come into the office, at 2911 East Highway 10, present picture identification and sign a water service agreement. Active customers may transfer water services via telephone to a new location of residence. Certain restrictions may apply based on credit history and deposit requirements for telephone transfers. The customer or a representative must be in attendance at the service location for the water service turn on (if water meter was turned off). The purpose of this requirement is to protect the customer and property from water loss or damage caused by insecure plumbing. There is no additional charge if turn on is scheduled during business hours 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday except holidays.

Security deposits cannot be used to pay routine monthly charges. Deposits may be transferred to a new location upon a final reading. Deposits will be applied to a final bill if service is no longer required from Milltown-Washburn Water. Deposit refunds will be issued to the account holder only.
