2017 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report Released

We're pleased to announce the release of the 2016 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report. This report is designed to inform you about the quality water and services we deliver to you every day.

Our goal is to provide you with a safe and dependable supply of drinking water, and we want you to understand, and be involved in, the efforts we make to continually improve the water treatment process and protect our water resources.

Taste and Odor Problems

We purchase 65% of our water from James Fork Regional Water and James Fork released this statement on the quality of the water:

James Fork Regional Water customers, if you are experiencing a dirt smell and or taste in the water the reason for this is the lake has turned over and is extremely at a low level due to the lack of rain.  Our water is tested by the Arkansas Health Department and is safe.  Please know we are aware of the problem and are taking any and all steps possible to correct the problem.
