Taste and Odor Problems

We purchase 65% of our water from James Fork Regional Water and James Fork released this statement on the quality of the water:

James Fork Regional Water customers, if you are experiencing a dirt smell and or taste in the water the reason for this is the lake has turned over and is extremely at a low level due to the lack of rain.  Our water is tested by the Arkansas Health Department and is safe.  Please know we are aware of the problem and are taking any and all steps possible to correct the problem.
